AG secures $4M, lifetime ban against moving broker enterprise

The Consumer Protection Division of Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier’s office has secured a lifetime ban and final judgments totaling more than $4 million settling ongoing litigation related to a moving brokerage scheme.
