She claims her view was obstructed by pedestrians and design flaws at the entrance, leading her to trip over traffic cones improperly placed by the defendants. These cones were not clearly visible or safely positioned, violating safety standards and creating a hazardous condition at a busy egress doorway. As a result of this alleged negligence by both the property owner and manager, Martinez sustained injuries including aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
