Driver alleges injuries after Coconut Creek auto accident

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County motorist is seeking damages after collision in Coconut Creek.

Steven Mercado filed a complaint on April 26 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Natashia Leibowitz alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 24, 2016, he suffered bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, loss of enjoyment, mental anguish, loss or earnings, medical expenses and aggravation of a pre-existing condition as a result of defendant colliding with his vehicle at the intersection of NW 63rd Street and Sol Press Boulevard in Coconut Creek.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs and prejudgment interest. He is represented by Adam M. Balkan of Balkan & Patterson LLP in Boca Raton.
