Laude's complaint outlines several accusations against Kings Point Recreation Corporation. It alleges that the defendant breached its duty of care by failing to maintain a safe environment and neglecting to warn visitors about potential hazards. "Defendant owed Plaintiff a duty of reasonable care," states the complaint, emphasizing that the corporation should have acted as a reasonably prudent entity to prevent foreseeable risks. In seeking justice for his injuries, Carlo Laude is demanding compensation exceeding $50,000 for damages incurred from his fall. These damages include medical expenses, loss of income both past and future, physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, and diminished capacity for enjoying life.
