Corey Robinson sues Bowling Green Inn of Pensacola for negligence

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Corey Robinson has filed a lawsuit against defendants Bowling Green Inn of Pensacola, LLC. (d/b/a Wellness Resource Center) and Jennifer Anne Andrews. The case number is 502024CA002879XXXAMB Div: AJ and was filed on March 28, 2024.

The lawsuit alleges that on January 1, 2021, Robinson suffered injuries due to negligence by Andrews while she was operating a transit van owned by Bowling Green Inn of Pensacola. The incident occurred at or near the intersection of E. Linton Boulevard and SR A1A in Delray Beach, Florida. Robinson claims that Andrews failed to use due care causing her vehicle to rear-end the vehicle where he was a front-row passenger.

Robinson is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for bodily injury, medical expenses, physical and emotional pain and suffering, disability, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, disfigurement, scarring and mental anguish resulting from the accident. He alleges these injuries are either permanent or continuing in nature.
