The lawsuit alleges that on January 1, 2021, Robinson suffered injuries due to negligence by Andrews while she was operating a transit van owned by Bowling Green Inn of Pensacola. The incident occurred at or near the intersection of E. Linton Boulevard and SR A1A in Delray Beach, Florida. Robinson claims that Andrews failed to use due care causing her vehicle to rear-end the vehicle where he was a front-row passenger.
Robinson is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for bodily injury, medical expenses, physical and emotional pain and suffering, disability, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, disfigurement, scarring and mental anguish resulting from the accident.
