Renee Case sues Michael Hernandez and Jill Hernandez for personal injuries due to negligence in property maintenance

Renee Case has filed a lawsuit against Michael Hernandez and Jill Hernandez in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, identified as 24-001233-CI, was filed on March 18, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that she suffered significant personal injuries due to the defendants' negligence in maintaining their property.
