In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Andrew Link has filed a lawsuit against defendants Mark Silverberg and Nancy Silverberg. The case, bearing the number 24-001334-CI, was filed on March 22, 2024.

The lawsuit stems from an automobile accident that occurred on June 14, 2023. Link alleges that he was driving his 2020 Nissan Frontier when Nancy Silverberg negligently operated her vehicle - a 2022 Toyota Highlander owned by Mark Silverberg - causing it to collide with Link's vehicle. As a result of this collision, Link claims to have suffered bodily injury and various other damages exceeding $50,000.

Link is seeking judgment for damages against both defendants. He accuses Nancy Silverberg of negligence leading to his injuries and consequential losses. Additionally, under the Dangerous Instrumentality Rule, he holds Mark Silverberg vicariously liable for the damages caused by Nancy's alleged negligence.
