In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Lamduan Inthalangsy has filed a lawsuit against defendant Tammy Lynn Damon. The case, identified as Case Number 24-001236-CI, was filed on March 18, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 following an automobile crash that occurred on August 24, 2023.

Represented by attorney Ryan T. Hughes of Hughes Law, Inthalangsy alleges that Damon negligently or recklessly operated her vehicle and failed to stop at a red-light traffic signal. This resulted in a chain reaction crash involving multiple vehicles including Inthalangsy's. The crash led to significant physical and emotional distress for the plaintiff, including bodily injury, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life and incurred medical expenses.

In addition to these personal injuries and suffering, Inthalangsy claims to have lost earnings due to the accident and anticipates future wage loss as well. The lawsuit further states that the accident aggravated certain pre-existing conditions for the plaintiff.

In conclusion, Inthalangsy is seeking judgment against Damon for damages exceeding $50,000 plus interest and costs. A trial by jury has been requested for all triable issues.
