Mary Dees has filed a lawsuit against Suncoast Watersports, LLC, GPIF Sirata, LLC, Crescent Real Estate, LLC, and Five Star Realty, LLC in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001250-CI and was filed on March 18, 2024. The complaint alleges personal injuries sustained during a water sports activity at Sirata Beach Resort.

The plaintiff, Mary Dees, represented by her attorneys under Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.100, claims that she suffered injuries while participating in a water sports activity operated by Suncoast Watersports at the Sirata Beach Resort owned or managed by GPIF Sirata, Crescent Real Estate and Five Star Realty.
