Ricardo Ramroop and Hailey Ramroop sue Morton Plant Hospital Association Inc. for medical malpractice

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Ricardo Ramroop and Hailey Ramroop, individually and on behalf of their minor daughter A.R., have filed a lawsuit against Morton Plant Hospital Association Inc., OB Hospitalist Group LLC, Stephanie Philippides M.D., Women’s Care Florida LLC, Katherine Dadisman D.O., and Jordan Bennett CNM. The case ID is 24-001276-CI and was filed on March 19, 2024.
