Tammy Crumity sues Dolgencorp LLC for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by Tammy Crumity against Dolgencorp, LLC. The case, bearing the number 24-001286-CI, was e-filed on March 20, 2024.

The plaintiff, Tammy Crumity, represented by attorneys Spencer Jorgensen and Grady Jorgensen from Jorgensen Law P.A., alleges that she was injured while shopping at a Dollar General Store controlled by Dolgencorp LLC on October 14, 2023. The incident involved boxes falling from a shelf and striking her causing bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, scarring and disfigurement among other damages.

Crumity is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 excluding costs for the negligence of Dolgencorp LLC which failed to maintain its shelves/aisles in a reasonably safe condition leading to the accident. She has demanded trial by jury on all issues so triable.
