James W. Campbell sues Janice L. Hulbert for a car accident causing serious and permanent injuries

James W. Campbell has filed a lawsuit against Janice L. Hulbert in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, bearing the number 24-000946-ClI, was filed on February 28, 2024 and seeks damages exceeding $50,000.

Represented by attorney Jonathan Douglas of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & McQuaid, PA., Campbell alleges that Hulbert caused a car accident on December 29, 2023. According to the complaint, both parties were driving eastbound on State Road 688 in Pinellas County when Hulbert failed to stop her vehicle and crashed into the rear of Campbell's vehicle.

Campbell claims to have suffered serious and permanent injuries as a result of the collision. He lists bodily injury, physical pain and suffering, disability and loss of capacity to lead a normal life among other damages. The plaintiff also alleges loss of earnings or earning capacity and medical expenses incurred seeking treatment for his injuries.

In his demand for judgment, Campbell is seeking more than $50,000 in damages plus costs from Hulbert. He is also demanding a trial by jury and any other relief to which he may be justly entitled.
