Bruce Foltz and Mary Kay Foltz have filed a lawsuit against Saxon Graham in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, numbered 24-000951-Cl and filed on February 28, 2024, involves a motor vehicle collision that resulted in damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiffs' attorney alleges that on June 27, 2023, Bruce and Mary Kay Foltz were involved in a motor vehicle collision with a vehicle operated by Saxon Graham. The incident occurred at the intersection of 4th Street North and 8th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
