Gretchen Stromberg has filed a lawsuit against Bingham & Son Pest Services, Inc., Wayne Rogers, Pelican Property Inspections, Inc., Chris Lambeth, Kelly Ann Medina, and the Estate of Jo E. Billings in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case number is 24-001 181-Cl and was filed on March 14, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants were negligent in their duties which resulted in significant financial damages.

The plaintiff is represented by her counsel who claims that all defendants are residents of Pinellas County or have businesses operating within its jurisdiction. The lawsuit revolves around a property located in Pinellas County which Stromberg purchased from Medina and the Trust of Jo E. Billings. Bingham & Son Pest Services and Pelican Property Inspections were involved as service providers during the purchase process.

Stromberg alleges that she incurred damages due to negligence on part of all defendants which resulted in termite infestation not being disclosed prior to the purchase of the property. She is seeking actual damages, costs, and attorney’s fees amounting to over $50,000 under Florida law.
