In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Michael Hester and Tennesia Hester have filed a lawsuit against defendant Aaron Aussendorf. The case, with ID 24-001099-ClI, was filed on March 7, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that the defendant's negligence led to a motor vehicle accident causing physical injuries and damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiffs' lawyers claim that on August 10, 2023, Aussendorf negligently operated his vehicle near US 19 U Turn and Ulmerton Road in Pinellas County, Florida. This alleged negligence resulted in a collision with the plaintiffs' vehicle.

As a result of this accident, the Hesters reportedly suffered bodily injuries leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other losses. They also incurred hospitalization expenses and lost earnings due to their inability to work during recovery.

The Hesters are seeking judgment against Aussendorf for an amount exceeding $50,000 along with a trial by jury. They claim their losses are either permanent or continuing and they will suffer these losses in the future.
