Regina Savarese sues Christopher Bickford for negligent operation of a vehicle resulting in a car accident

Regina Savarese has filed a lawsuit against Christopher Bickford in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001001-Cl and was filed on March 1, 2024. The suit alleges that Bickford's negligence resulted in a car accident causing significant damages to Savarese.

The plaintiff's lawyer, Byron L. Kennedy III from Tripp Law Firm, details the incident which occurred on May 3, 2023. According to the complaint, Bickford negligently operated his 2017 Jeep Sport vehicle causing it to collide with Savarese's 2018 Chevrolet Malibu in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County.

Savarese claims she suffered injuries to her neck, back, body and limbs due to the collision. She alleges these injuries have led to bodily injury, permanent injury, scarring or disfigurement, loss of an important bodily function, disability, pain and suffering among other damages.

Savarese is seeking a trial by jury and judgment against Bickford for more than $50,000 plus costs and interest on all liquidated damages.
