Tina Marie Zwirn, as the personal representative of the Estate of Douglas Earl Chelf, deceased, has filed a lawsuit against Raymond Lawrence Buchan, Angela Crystal Hancock, and Lockemout Inc. in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County. The case number is 24-001 123-Cl and was filed on March 8, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that on or about March 9, 2020, defendant Buchan negligently operated a vehicle causing it to collide with another vehicle in which Douglas Earl Chelf was a passenger. The vehicle was owned by defendants Hancock and Lockemout Inc., who are also implicated in this case.
