In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Bruce Todd Goldberg has filed a lawsuit against defendant Zoe Sophie Sullivan. The case, identified as 24-001003-ClI, was filed on March 1, 2024.
The lawsuit is an action for damages exceeding $50,000. Represented by attorney Alexander Billias from Morgan & Morgan Tampa P.A., Goldberg alleges that on October 15, 2023, he was operating a Mazda MX-5 Miata when Sullivan, operating a Honda CR-V, negligently crashed into his vehicle in Pinellas County. As a result of this accident, Goldberg claims to have sustained bodily injury and pain along with suffering various losses including disability, disfigurement, mental anguish and loss of earnings.
