In the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Andres Gonzalez against defendant Morgan Brown. Gonzalez presented the ring to Brown in March of 2020 during their engagement. However, after the engagement was called off, Brown refused to return the ring despite several demands made by Gonzalez.
