Maria Medina-Nigaglioni sues Melissa Condit for negligence leading to vehicular collision

Maria Medina-Nigaglioni has filed a lawsuit against Melissa Condit in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, bearing the ID 24-000973-Cl and filed on February 29, 2024, alleges negligence on part of Condit resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.
