In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County, plaintiff Tracy Saul has filed a lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The case number is 24-001026-ClI and was filed on March 4, 2024.

The lawsuit stems from an incident that occurred on December 20, 2023, when Tracy Saul was involved in a car accident with Jason Dingman. According to the complaint, Dingman negligently operated his vehicle causing it to collide with Saul's car. The damages claimed exceed $50,000.

Saul alleges that as a result of the collision she suffered bodily injury and other losses including pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among others. She claims that these losses are either permanent or continuing and will be suffered in the future.

Saul is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 along with costs from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. She alleges that despite being insured under a policy issued by State Farm at the time of the accident, the company has refused to pay pursuant to its policy. Saul is represented by attorneys William H Winters, Marc B Yonker and Patrick D Brannon from Winters & Yonker PA.
