Lonelle Davis has filed a lawsuit against Grant James Leichter in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, identified as 502024CA002034XXXAMB Div: AE, was officially filed on March 4, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant's negligence resulted in a car accident causing severe injuries and damages exceeding $50,000.
The incident took place on February 12, 2023 at or near the intersection of Okeechobee Blvd and S Sapodilla Avenue in West Palm Beach. Both parties were residents of Palm Beach County and were over eighteen years old at the time of the accident. Represented by attorney Gianfranco Rizzolo from Morgan & Morgan law firm, Davis claims that Leichter failed to operate his vehicle safely which led to the collision.
As a result of this alleged negligence, Davis suffered permanent bodily injuries leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other consequences. The plaintiff also claims loss of earnings capacity and an aggravation of a previous condition due to the accident.
Davis is seeking judgment for damages against Leichter exceeding the jurisdictional limits of this court along with costs and any further relief deemed just by the court. A jury trial has been demanded on all triable issues.
