ORLANDO - Amber Grunke-Guevara filed a complaint on September 23 in Orange County Circuit Court against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 23, 2018, Grunke-Guevara was at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts when she fell and suffered a serious and permanent injury due to an unknown substance being present on the floor that created a dangerous condition for customers. Grunke-Guevara alleges the park is responsible due to its failure to keep the area clean and free from dangerous conditions.
Grunke-Guevara seeks damages, cost and interest. Grunke-Guevara is represented by Michael Redondo of Redondo Law P.A.
