TAMPA - An accident at Macfarlane Park back in 2019 brought personal injury charges against the City of Tampa.
The complaint was filed on April 23 in the Hillsborough County Circuit Court by plaintiff Lamarcus Johnson, who visited the park on May 31, 2019, to use the fitness trail and exercise equipment.
According to the complaint, Johnson proceeded to use the pull-up bar on the trail offered and maintained by the defendant when the bar suddenly spun and dropped Johnson to the ground, causing injuries.
Johnson is represented by the Pawlowski/Mastrilli Law Group of Tampa in his request for personal injury compensation.
