Keishla Vazquez filed a complaint Oct. 24 in Orange County Circuit Court against Insite Orlando One,LLC doing business as Coco Key Hotel, and Water Resort-Orlando, alleging failure to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition and correct any dangerous condition.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to adequately inspect the premises, failed to warn individuals of the dangerous condition and allowed an unsafe condition to exist.

Vazquez seekls trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000 and all other relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by attorney Tavis Souder of Schwed, Adams, Sobel, & McGinley PA in Palm Beach Gardens.
