Former IViews Imaging System employees allege they are owed unpaid wages

CLEARWATER – Former employees of Pinellas County company allege that they are owed unpaid wages.

CLEARWATER – Former employees of Pinellas County company allege that they are owed unpaid wages.

Andrew Nolan, Robin Nolan and Wendy Malogrides filed a complaint on May 25 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against IViews Imaging System LLC alleging breach of oral employment contract and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the defendant refused to pay them their appropriate wages in accordance with their agreements. The plaintiffs hold IViews Imaging System LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to pay plaintiffs their wages due when they left the company.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for damages and interest, attorney's fees, costs of the action and such other just and proper relief. They are represented by Richard Celler and Noah Storch of Richard Celler Legal PA in Davie.
