Man seeks compensatory damages from two individuals after Broward County crash

FORT LAUDERDALE – Two Broward County residents were named in a suit by a driver who alleges he was injured in a collision in the county.

Mohammad Tavakoli filed a complaint on May 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Diana Perez and Jorge Perez 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 14, 2016, Jorge Perez, who was driving a vehicle owned by Diana Perez, collided with the plaintiff's vehicle near Pines Boulevard. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs and interest. He is represented by Michael J. Pascucci and Joshua H. Eggnatz of Eggnatz, Lopatin & Pascucci LLP in Davie.
