Car accident 22

FLORIDA —A motorist is suing the United States Postal Service, citing alleged negligence that led to an accident.

Pedro Alejandro Aguiar filed a complaint on Oct. 15, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against USPS alleging that the government's employee caused his postal vehicle to collide with plaintiff while operating a motor scooter.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, on Oct. 22, 2014, he suffered physical injuries. The plaintiff holds USPS responsible because the defendant allegedly denied plaintiff's administrative claim.
