MIAMI – A luxury goods company is suing multiple websites over allegations that they sell counterfeit goods.
Gucci America Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against hotsalehandbags.co.uk, replicabagsforsale.co.uk, ukhandbagsonline.co.uk, et al. and Does 1-10, citing trademark counterfeiting and infringement and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered and will continue to suffer irreparable damages.
