Robert J. Wood, Sr. has filed a lawsuit against Kathy R. Feinerman in the Circuit Court for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, on February 11, 2025. The complaint accuses Feinerman of making false and defamatory statements that have allegedly damaged Wood's reputation and caused him emotional distress.

The plaintiff, Robert J. Wood, Sr., claims that he was in a long-term relationship with the defendant, Kathy R. Feinerman. During this relationship, Feinerman allegedly accused Wood of infidelity with multiple women including Ellen W., Ardith B., Sarah B., Ellie, and Jennifer A., among others. These accusations were reportedly shared with friends and work associates of both parties, tarnishing Wood's reputation. The complaint further states that these false accusations were disseminated to individuals such as Jayne, who then contacted Ellen to inform her of the alleged infidelity.

Wood asserts that these defamatory statements were made without any basis or evidence and were intended to harm his reputation maliciously. He believes that additional defamatory statements may be uncovered through discovery and reserves the right to amend his complaint accordingly.

The lawsuit seeks a judgment amounting to $5 million for damages incurred due to the defamation per se—where no proof of damage is necessary—as well as incidental and consequential damages. Wood also requests any other relief deemed appropriate by the court along with costs and expenses associated with the case.

Representing Robert J. Wood, Sr., is attorney Neil Bryan Tygar from Executive Square Plaza in Delray Beach, Florida. The case has been assigned Case Number 502025CA001227XXXAMB.
