Seth J. Entin, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A.’s Tax Practice, spoke on a panel at the International Bar Association (IBA)’s “The New Era of Taxation” conference held in Lisbon Nov. 6-8.
Entin spoke on the panel, “Cross border equity and long-term incentive plan structures,” which covered equity and long-term incentive plans for international startups, the complexities of structuring cross-border, startup-friendly tax regimes, stock options, phantom equity, and issues regarding income and exit taxation.
Entin resides in the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice on the international taxation of high-net-worth individuals and families, international corporate taxation, Internal Revenue Service international tax audits, and Internal Revenue Service voluntary disclosures.
