Fox Rothschild congratulates Robert F. Elgidely, who was appointed Vice-Chair of the Broward County Bar Association’s (BCBA) Bankruptcy Law Section.
In this role, Elgidely will collaborate with BCBA staff, judges and community and business leaders to share knowledge and foster professionalism in the field of law.
Elgidely, a partner in the Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy Department, focuses on complex bankruptcy disputes and commercial litigation matters. He regularly represents court-appointed fiduciaries in connection with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases stemming from fraud and financial crimes.
