“We are thrilled to welcome Billy to the Norfolk team,” said Norfolk Office Managing Principal and Litigation Manager Kristin H. I am confident that Billy’s exceptional litigation skills, investigative acumen and legal insight will strengthen the firm’s capabilities and further our commitment to excellence in labor and employment law.”

Billy earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Eric focuses his practice on defending a variety of labor and employment litigation issues including discrimination, retaliation, FLSA, FMLA, whistleblower, wage and hour, breach of contract and non-compete agreements. We are excited to have Eric join us and look forward to the exceptional contributions he will make to our team.”
