In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Janis McAdam and Brian McAdam have filed a lawsuit against defendants Roger A. Feldman and Lisa E. Sjodin-Feldman for auto negligence. The case, identified as 24-001885-CI, was filed on April 29, 2024.

The McAdams are represented by an undisclosed attorney and allege that on April 29, 2022, their vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle negligently operated by Roger A. Feldman and owned by Lisa E. Sjodin-Feldman at a red light on Gandy Boulevard in Pinellas County. The accident resulted in injuries and damages to the plaintiffs.

The complaint states that the vehicle driven by Feldman was a dangerous instrumentality and that his negligence led to bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other losses for Janis McAdam. The full monetary value of the damages suffered is yet to be determined but is estimated to be in excess of $50,000.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment against Roger A. Feldman for damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of costs, interest and attorney’s fees. They also demand a trial by jury on all issues so triable.
