Woman sues Storm Runners, LLC and SFMB Gulfport Property, LLC for Premises Liability Negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by Audrey Colombo against Storm Runners, LLC and SFMB Gulfport Property, LLC. The case number is 24-001942-CI and was filed on May 2, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

Represented by her attorneys, Colombo alleges that both defendants were responsible for maintaining their premises in Pinellas County, Florida where she resided.
