The complaint states that Sofia Anastasia Spinoula was driving her vehicle when she was involved in an accident with a car driven by Charmi Rishiraj Gohil and owned by Ashiraj Vinubhai Gohil. The incident occurred on December 7, 2023, while both vehicles were traveling northbound on Lyons Road in Palm Beach County, Florida.
As a result of the collision, Spinoula claims to have sustained serious bodily injuries leading to physical handicap and disfigurement. She also alleges mental pain and suffering, loss of income both past and future, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, and medical expenses for care and treatment.
