Lakisha Ann Cooney sues Park Central Towers Association for negligence

Lakisha Ann Cooney has filed a lawsuit against Park Central Towers Association, Inc., and Westcoast Management & Realty, Inc. in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001819-CI and it was filed on April 24, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that she suffered permanent physical injuries due to negligence by both defendants. On February 12, 2022, while performing her duties as a delivery driver at the premises owned and managed by the defendants located at 7321 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, she slipped and fell on a foreign liquid substance in the stairwell. The plaintiff's lawyer is Zachary M. Taylor from Law Offices of Nooney, Roberts, Hewett & Nowicki.

Cooney is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for her injuries which include pain and suffering, disability, scarring, disfigurement, mental pain and suffering, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment, loss of earning capacity and loss of ability to earn money.
