Emily Hill has filed a lawsuit against Christa Roach and Progressive American Insurance Co. in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, under case number 24-001398-CI on March 27, 2024. The suit is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for a car accident that occurred on February 10, 2023.

Hill alleges that Roach negligently operated her vehicle causing it to collide with Hill's car in Pinellas County, Florida. As a result of this collision, Hill claims to have suffered bodily injuries leading to past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among other legal damages yet undetermined.

In addition to Roach's negligence claim, Hill also accuses Progressive American Insurance Co. of failing to cover her uninsured/underinsured motorist claim as per their policy agreement. She asserts that she was insured under Policy No. 018397265U71012 issued by Progressive at the time of the accident.

Hill is demanding judgment for damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of costs against both defendants and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
