In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Aubrey Patillo has filed a lawsuit against Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. The case number is 24-001438-CI and was filed on March 29, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on part of the defendant resulting in personal injury.
