David Rexon sues Rickert Properties for personal injury due to negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by David Rexon against Rickert Properties, Inc. The case number is 24-001437-CI and was filed on March 29, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on the part of the defendant resulting in personal injury.
