Lachelle Ansley sues Walmart Inc. for alleged negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Lachelle Ansley has filed a lawsuit against Walmart Inc. The case, bearing the number 502024CA002782XXXAMB Div: AE, was filed on March 25, 2024.

Represented by attorneys Evan R. Krakower and David A Tabb of Krakower Tabb Law, Ansley alleges that she suffered injuries due to negligence on Walmart's part. The incident occurred on August 2, 2022, at a Walmart store located at 4375 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL where Ansley slipped and fell due to liquid and fruit on the floor.
