Anthonetta Graulich sues City of West Palm Beach for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, Anthonetta Graulich has filed a lawsuit against the City of West Palm Beach. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA002901 XXXAMB Div: AH, was filed on March 28, 2024. Graulich is seeking monetary damages exceeding $50,000 from the city government.

Represented by her attorney Debi F. Chalik from Chalik & Chalik, P.A., Graulich alleges that she tripped and fell over a broken sidewalk at or around 300 Gardenia Street in West Palm Beach in September 2022. The plaintiff claims that the defendant failed to maintain and inspect its streets and sidewalks in a reasonable manner.

As a result of this alleged negligence by the City of West Palm Beach, Graulich asserts that she suffered permanent injuries leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, hospitalization expenses, medical and nursing care costs, loss of earnings and aggravation of a previously existing condition.

Graulich is demanding judgment against the City of West Palm Beach for damages exceeding $50,000 along with costs. She also demands a trial by jury for all issues that can be tried.
