In the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by Victoria Lynagh against Gina Leigh Tevlin and Progressive American Insurance Company. The case number is 24-001597-CI and was filed on April 10, 2024. The complaint revolves around an auto accident that occurred on June 26, 2023, with damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff's counsel alleges that defendant Gina Leigh Tevlin negligently operated her vehicle resulting in serious personal injuries to Lynagh. The collision involved a 2020 Ford Ranger driven by Tevlin and a 2021 Toyota Tacoma owned and operated by Lynagh. In addition to physical harm, Lynagh claims to have suffered mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, and medical expenses.

The suit also implicates Progressive American Insurance Company as they provided underinsured motorist coverage for Lynagh's vehicle at the time of the accident. According to the plaintiff's allegations, Tevlin was underinsured, leaving Progressive liable for the damages caused.

Lynagh seeks judgment against both defendants in excess of $50,000 plus taxable costs and any other relief deemed just by the court.
