Heather Andersen sues CLPF Bay Cove LLC for damages due to Michael Joseph Conrad Jr.'s death

Heather Andersen, the personal representative of the estate of Michael Joseph Conrad Jr., has filed a lawsuit against CLPF Bay Cove LLC, also known as Bay Cove Apartments. The case was lodged in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida under case number 24-001562-CI on April 8, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that Conrad Jr., who was a resident of Pinellas County at the time of his death, suffered severe personal injuries leading to his death on July 6, 2022. The defendant is a foreign limited liability company conducting business in Pinellas County and owns Bay Cove Apartments where the incident occurred.

According to the filing, Conrad Jr.'s potential beneficiaries include his mother Heidi Jones and father Michael Joseph Conrad Sr. They claim to have lost support and services from Conrad Jr., along with suffering mental pain since his death.

Andersen is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of interests, costs, and attorneys’ fees for loss of earnings and prospective net accumulations of the estate among other things. The plaintiff also demands a jury trial.
