In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Joy Kirhatzi has filed a lawsuit against Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. and John Doe, a manager at the company. The case, identified as 502024CA003270XXXAMB Div: Al, was filed on April 9, 2024. The suit alleges negligence on the part of the defendants leading to personal injury and seeks damages in excess of $50,000.

The incident took place on August 26, 2022, at a property owned by Home Depot located at or near 220 S State Rd 7, West Palm Beach, FL 33414.
