Gracilia Florvilus sues Stephanie Starr for damages from an automobile accident

In the case of Gracilia Florvilus and Gracilia Florvilus, as natural parent and guardian of O.F., a minor child, against Stephanie Starr, filed in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida with the case number 502024CA003289XXXAMB Div: AH on April 9, 2024. The plaintiffs are seeking damages exceeding $50,000 from the defendant for an automobile accident that occurred on May 25, 2023.

The complaint alleges that Starr failed to yield the right-of-way and struck Florvilus' vehicle, a 2007 Lexus, causing damage to its passenger side.
