Claircilia Fils sues Hany Philip Rashed for a motor vehicle collision

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiffs Claircilia Fils, Dieudonne Jean, and Nurvada Presendieu have filed a lawsuit against defendant Hany Philip Rashed. The case number is 502024CA003249XXXAMB Div: AA and was filed on April 9, 2024. The lawsuit seeks damages exceeding $50,000 related to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on October 26, 2023.

The plaintiffs were residents of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida at the time of the incident while the defendant was a resident of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The accident involved a 2018 Mercedes Benz owned and operated by the defendant and a 2014 Hyundai Elantra owned and operated by plaintiff Claircilia Fils. Plaintiffs Dieudonne Jean and Nurvada Presendieu were passengers in Fils' vehicle during the collision.

The complaint alleges that Rashed negligently operated his vehicle causing a collision with Fils' vehicle. As a result of this alleged negligence, all three plaintiffs claim to have suffered bodily injuries or aggravation of pre-existing conditions resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life and medical expenses.

Each plaintiff is seeking judgment against Rashed in an amount exceeding $50,000 plus taxable costs and any other relief deemed just by the court.
