Arthur Ebbin sues Seven Bridges Homeowners Association for negligence resulting in severe injuries

Arthur Ebbin has filed a lawsuit against Seven Bridges Homeowners Association, Inc. in the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003352XXXAMB Div: Al and was filed on April 11, 2024.

The plaintiff, Arthur Ebbin, represented by Peter J. Porcaro of Porcaro Law Group, alleges that he suffered severe injuries due to an incident involving an automatic door at the defendant's premises on May 20, 2023. The damages sought exceed $50,000 excluding interest and costs.
