Scott Baldwin sues Joseph A. Garrett for car accident damages

Scott Baldwin has filed a lawsuit against Joseph A. Garrett and Power Delivery Holdings, LLC in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case number is 24-001573-CI and was filed on April 8, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for injuries sustained during a car accident.

The complaint states that on March 20, 2024, Baldwin was driving his Toyota Rav4 when he was hit by a Chevy Silverado driven by Garrett. At the time of the accident, Garrett was acting in his capacity as an employee for Power Delivery Holdings, which owned the Chevy Silverado.

As a result of the collision caused by Garrett running a red light, Baldwin alleges that he suffered permanent injuries to his left knee, neck, shoulder and back. He also claims to have experienced pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life.

Baldwin is seeking judgment against both defendants for total medical bills owed or future necessary medical treatment costs. He also seeks compensation for property damage sustained as well as damages for past, present and future injuries including aggravation of pre-existing conditions or injuries.
