The lawsuit revolves around an alleged car accident involving a sheriff's deputy that resulted in significant damages exceeding $50,000. Rodriguez is seeking damages from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office for negligence including carelessly operating his vehicle, failing to maintain a safe stopping distance, failing to stop for traffic in front of him among others. She demands compensation for all her losses due to this incident.
